Shareholders of PKN Orlen will decide on July 21 to merge with Grupa LotosWarsaw, June 23, 2022 (ISBnews) – PKN Orlen’s shareholders will decide during the general meeting convened for July 21, 2022 on the merger with Grupa Lotos, according to the draft resolutions.

At the same time, the shareholders of PKN Orlen are also to adopt a resolution on the consent to the sale by the company of fuel depots in Gdańsk, Gutków, Szczecin and Bolesławiec, constituting an organized part of the company’s enterprise, by making a contribution in kind to cover shares in the increased share capital of Lotos Terminale, which will become a subsidiary of PKN Orlen as a result of a merger with Grupa Lotos.

The PKN Orlen Group manages six refineries in Poland, the Czech Republic and Lithuania, and is also active in Poland and Canada. Its consolidated sales revenues reached PLN 131.5 billion in 2021. The company has been listed on the WSE since 1999.
